The Change Space

Two entities, three axes. Entity A reaches toward Entity B — and the lit region between them is the change space: the work of growth made visible. Every axis that differs has a cost, whether the move is a reach upward or a release downward, because the Field answers to all three at once.

The change space is charged wherever the two entities differ — and it is charged in both directions. Reaching up an axis is the cost of growth; easing down an axis A has overshot is also a cost, not free slack, because the Field is a root-mean-square of all three. There is no resonance verdict here and no theory of change: this canvas only shows the opportunity. Whether the distance can be crossed — quickly, as a person can, or slowly, as an institution must — is the question you carry into the theory-of-change tools.
